Yes, all taxes are included in the price.

Unfortunately not but our hotel is very easy to reach, check the Location page for detailed instructions on how to reach the hotel and the Fieramilanocity and Fieramilano Milan’s huge new exhibition centre.
» How many floors are there? Do you have a lift?
The Hotel Sempione is on 4 floors and has 1 lift for guests and another for service personnel. Guests with disabilities may request a room on the ground floor when making their online reservation via our booking system – Best Rates Guaranteed!
» What time can we check in and what time do we have to check out?
Check in is from 2 pm, check out is by 11 am.
» Are pets welcome?

Do all the rooms have satellite TV?
Yes, including a wide range of international channels such as 1 French Channel, 1 German Channel, 1 Japanese Channel plus of course BBC world, Sky News and CNN.
» How far is Duomo or Milan Cathedral i.e. the historical city centre?
About 1.5 km away – to reach the Duomo take the Milanese Metro Line 3 which is the yellow line or MM3 3 stops to Duomo… alternatively get off the stop before and visit the shopping street via Montenapoleone which is lined with Italy’s most famous designer shops including Armani, Gucci, Dolce and Gabbana, Versace, Prada etc.
» Are staff on hand 24 hours?
Yes, the Sempione is a superior category 3 star hotel in Milan consequently by law we are required that the reception desk be attended at all times. |

» When is breakfast served? What kind of breakfast is offered?
Italian continental Buffet Breakfast is offered from 7 to 10 am in the ground floor breakfast room which in the evening becomes La Repubblica Restaurant in Milan which is popular with both hotel Sempione guests and tourists alike.
» Which languages are spoken at the reception desk Hotel Sempione Milano?
English, Italian and German is spoken by all reception staff. Plus the following languages are spoken although by different members of the reception staff French, and Spanish.
» Why the Booking System says "sorry no rooms available" ?
The booking system is updated on a daily basis to show the Hotel Sempione’s latest availability… if the booking system says sorry no rooms available” it is because we are genuinely Fully Booked! |

Is Breakfast included in the price?
Breakfast is included but not lunch and dinner. The contents of the Mini Bar are also to be paid for as extras upon check out. The use of the towels in the bathroom is included and they are changed daily. Air conditioning and Central Heating are included plus a Courtesy kit in each Bathroom which includes a variety of items is also complimentary i.e. included in the rate. |

Does the price vary according to the number of people?
Yes, the price shown on the online reservation system is the price per room – single, double or triple. Children under the age of 4 are admitted for free and crib or cot can be provided free of charge upon request. |
